Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Crafting Table Wreaths.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing times:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days once payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone per the contact details mentioned in your order.

Please understand that during peak times our shipping dates may be extended without notice but we will always do our best to create and ship within the timeframe given. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions about this.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping rates for your order(s) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Presently, The Crafting Table Wreaths only ships within Canada.

Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O Boxes and remote NWT.

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days for within all provinces in Canada.

Please be mindful that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, etc.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Crafting Table Wreaths is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

The Crafting Table Wreaths is not liable for damage to any product(s) or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Curbside Pick-up Policy.

If you live local to Brampton, ON, you may choose “Pick-Up” at checkout if you wish to pick up your order.

You will be contacted via email or telephone per the contact details mentioned in your order when your order is ready and date/time/location details will be provided at that time.

Curbside Pick-up will only be available during business days/hours. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests for this option.

You will be required to show identification (ID) that matches your order billing address and invoice when you arrive.
