Our wreaths are one-of-a-kind / unique, custom creations.  Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.  If there are any quality issues, we can discuss a solution to resolve any issues.  We will ensure our customer is satisfied and has a fantastic shopping experience with The Crafting Table Wreaths.

• Gift Cards/Certificates

Please note that Gift Cards/Certificates are also non-refundable.

• Purchase as a Gift

We cannot send a shipping box without an invoice inside. If you are purchasing a gift, please know it will have the required paperwork inside the shipping box.

• Custom Orders

Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Wreaths over 24″ in size are considered “custom” and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale Items

Sale items are FINAL sale and nonrefundable.

• Cancelations

Any cancelation for whatever reason, will be subject to a 10% fee. If your order has been picked or packed for shipping, we may not be able to cancel it.  No matter the reason, this fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the fee that we pay the payment processing companies if you cancel your order. The minute you hit submit on an order we are charged this fee, and it doesn’t get refunded to us just because you want to cancel. We hope you understand.
